These Terms of Use govern your use of oamfleet.com (the "Site"), operated by [Legal entity name, e.g. OAM LLC], doing business as Orlando Autonomous Mobility ("OAM," "we," "us"), in Orlando, Florida. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What this Site is for

The Site gives general information about OAM, which rents Teslas by the week to independent, full-time Uber drivers, and lets drivers apply for a rental and book a call with us. Information on the Site, including requirements, features, and availability, may change at any time without notice.

2. Applications are not a guarantee

Submitting an application does not guarantee that we will rent you a vehicle. We decide in our sole discretion whether to approve an applicant, subject to applicable law. Any rental is governed only by a separate written rental agreement signed by you and OAM. If anything on this Site conflicts with that agreement, the rental agreement controls.

3. No employment relationship

OAM rents vehicles. It does not hire drivers. Applying for or renting a vehicle does not make you an employee, agent, contractor, or partner of OAM. Renters are independent and decide for themselves when, where, and how much they drive.

4. Uber and other third parties

Uber is an independent third party. OAM is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Uber Technologies, Inc. or any of its affiliates, and nothing on the Site should be read to suggest otherwise. "Uber" and "Tesla" are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe our services. Your use of the Uber platform is governed by your own agreement with Uber, and you are responsible for meeting Uber's requirements.

5. Accuracy of your information

You agree that everything you submit through the Site is true, accurate, current, and complete, and that it is your own information. Giving false or misleading information may lead us to deny your application or end any rental.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site. This includes submitting spam or automated entries, trying to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the Site's operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including the OAM name, logo, text, graphics, and design, belong to OAM or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view the Site for your personal use. You may not copy, change, distribute, or use our content or branding without our written permission.

8. Links to third-party sites

The Site may link to sites and services we do not own or control, such as Google Calendar booking pages. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Site will always be available, error-free, or secure. Nothing on the Site promises any level of earnings from driving.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, OAM and its owners, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This section does not apply to rentals, which are governed by the rental agreement, and does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
